How do I track my order?

Use our Order Tracking tool here to find your order status. You will need the Order Number you received in the confirmation email and the email you used to purchase.

What if other retailer put your product on sale and the price is lower than what I get from my membership?

We will match any online retailer’s price (even clearance) within 30 days of your purchase.

Any product (other than the quarterly and yearly memberships) with the Shop Pay Installments option on the product page can be purchased using this payment method.

My installments payments using Shop Pay was rejected - why?

Eligibility for and approval of Shop Pay Installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. Few Moda has no control over this process, but you should receive an email from Affirm detailing why your payment was rejected.

Are there late fees if I paid with installments?

No, if you paid with installments, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What happens if I need to make a return on my order that was paid in installments?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. I
