Not in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days from your order shipping date. You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 28 days from the shipping date. After 28 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For members, the first return and exchanges are free on all U.S. orders. Non-members and additional returns for the same order will incur an $8 handling fee.
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted. Please note that items not meeting our return requirements, including those that are damaged or show significant wear and tear, cannot be refunded or returned to the customer at this time.
