What is the membership cancellation policy?Updated 5 months ago

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you have not placed any orders* during your current membership cycle, you may cancel within 30 days of the start of the cycle for a full refund, and your plan will be terminated. To request this refund, please contact our customer service team, as refunds are not automatically issued. After this period, cancellations are processed only at the end of the billing cycle.

If you have placed orders during your membership, you may still cancel, and your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

*Please note: If you placed an order but returned it in full, this does not qualify for a refund, as a purchase was made.
