Please give us at least 7 business days for our warehouse to get the return and process it. This allows us to carefully inspect and account for every item. During the holiday season, processing times may extend to up to 14 business days.

Once our system issues the refund, we will send an email confirmation. You’ll likely be credited back within seven days, though every bank and payment method is different.
