How do I start a return or exchange?Updated 5 days ago

To start a Return or Exchange, head over to returns.fewmoda.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, you can try a new size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back, based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new size as soon as your return package is dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, so we recommend dropping off all returns as soon as possible!

If item is marked Final Sale, prices are as marked and all sales are final.

We require each order to have a it's own return request and label. You may not combine orders into one shipment or doing so will result in an untimely resolution. 

All items from a single order must be returned in a single package - do not split them into multiple boxes. Using the same label twice will result in a carrier error and failed shipment.
